We want you to be completely satisfied with your Buddha Jewelry purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original display box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our studio receives your return, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
